4k video corruption - 1/2 video is missing from download

I appreciate everyone checking out my thread and trying to help!

I have a Phantom 3 4k. When I shoot video in any format, be it mov, mp4, any size, etc, the video comes off the card with half the screen missing/corrupted. The top half of the video is corrupted/missing. I have tried multiple sd cards and have tried reformatting, downloading from the card off the bird, downloading from the card while still in the bird using the supplied usb cable to my laptop, just about everything I can think of. If I use dji-fix, I can get the bottom of the video to appear, but then there is corruption in different areas of the video. Not quite sure if it's a camera issue or cable issue.

Anyone have any ideas? Should I pull the camera apart and reattach all the cabling and such?

Found the issue. There is a problem with the video card in my laptop playing the 4k output from the bird. I pulled it onto my pc and the video worked without issue. So, it seems it was my laptop all along that as giving me the problem and not the bird itself.

Just another thing to think about when you're troubleshooting these things!
