4k video blurry on older mac ?

So I flew yesterday filmed in 4k 25 fps and load it on my 2012 Mac and everything in final cut is blurry and whites are zebra and other spots also... Everything flickering. I tried stabilization etc nothing worked even color correction etc.

I panicked and tested my drone couldn't get the picture clear....

I get home and put the sd card in my MacBook Pro mid 2012 and it's clear ...

what gives ? Could it have been the sd card adapter ? Or is it the retina screen ?
