4K downloads as 180p

I shot footage in the 4K setting on my Phantom 4 Pro drone. When I downloaded the footage, or even look at it in the editor of the DJI app, it shows as 180p. I there something I'm missing? Thanks!

Did you mean 1080p rather than 180p? Did you check to make sure you had 4k set? I did this once thinking I was in 4k, but somehow it was in 1080p.

Yes, 1080…I went back and checked my settings, and it was still on 4k. 2 videos that saved to my sd were 4k, but the ones saved to the DJI app were all 1080.

Any video saved in the app on your mobile device would be only lower resolution downlink quality and will be inferior to what is recorded on your AC's SD card.

So how do I get that footage in 4k, is it possible? I didn’t see an option to save to card or device. I guess I’ve got some more research to do. Thanks!

If I am understanindg your problem, Remove the SD card and place it into a pc with a card reader and then copy the files.
