I had to straighten mine manually. It is difficult but doable. You must straighten the "H" beam between the h3 electronic box and the camera mount. I just grabbed mine as tightly as possible and forced a little at a time. Each time, checking if it is level by viewing the flat top of the camera in line with the gimbal mount to check to see they were parallel.
