Drone2map, esri's drone2map and mapsmadeeasy do free versions of what can be an expensive process. I especially like drone2map.

And not 3d but still very cool- look up using litchi to capture and the free Microsoft ICE software to process 360 sperical photos that can be viewed in Facebook etc with no browser extensions or software.
