360 Panoramic software help

I've been given a task of making a 360 degree photoshoot that requires a view from each floor (8 in total) for a new building that's about to start. Ideally the user could use iPad to spin around and view from each perspective.
I have some ideas but could use a professional advise.

I have been using their software for many years and it is top notch for 360's and virtual tours.
