360 degrees photo for Facebook

Hi all. Been trying my hand at these 360 interactive photos but cannot get my final image looking as sharp as others ive seen. So im after someone to give me a complete runthrough of there process. From litchi to i.c.e to facebook. Thanks

I use Kolor Autopano Giga, the final photos have all the metadata embeded to be able to upload straight to FB.
