Well - downloading the go 4 apk to the sd card worked - but now separately - the controller firmware update is stuck at 99% (mavic pro 2 now) definitely a love / hate relationship with dji

Trying to Download 4.3.0 Go Ap for Crystalsky, just freezes at 0% download. WiFi is strong - works with browser on crystalsky just fine. Anybody have experience to help ? found a link to download 4.3.0 apk, have it on sd card. Don't know how to load - does this work or will it likely cause...

Good to know - have only tried from an anchored boat so far.

True - is much easier to hand catch the Mavic if you turn the sensors off. Much easier to launch and land the phantom from the boat. I really only use the Mavic on trips requiring air travel.

Anyone try this with the P4P? Supposed to fix overheating and bring back the ability to download maps off-line.

Test flight on a mavic pro using the 7.85 high brightness with Litchi did not go very well. Had to shutdown and restart the controller every time I switched from go4 app to litchi and back (ok - no big deal but a little annoying). The main problem I had was a large lag in video transmission...

Had no problem connecting with the basic crystalsky with the P4P (not the P4P+). Will take a test flight this afternoon.

Anybody try this yet? Just saw this add on how to get Litchi on Crystal sky. Looks like they have found a way to avoid using google play. Has to use Here maps, but may be better than the "No" maps I'm getting on crystalsky now. DJI CrystalSky - Litchi
