new visual tracking modes is currently unusable with Note 4 and Nexus 7 (2013) - too slow to do the visual tracking... works fine in other modes.. I may switch to IOS (iphone 6/ipad mini 3) to use the tracking modes...

I was beta testing it on android (note 4 and nexus 7 2013), it was quite unstable. It locks onto target but yaws back and forth by itself. not sure if the release version has improved performance from the latest beta (saturday).

airnest does 1 thing and does it well but it's no where comparable to the functionality of litchi. (orbit, follow, panorama, focus, waypoint with multiple POI, etc)

did you turn on hardware decoding for the video feed? that helps ALOT

As someone else noted, for android, pitch has the exact draw a path and place a POI feature. (It also adds quite a few more flight modes and features) I do love the simplicity of this app though

Post your mission screenshots! you need to remember that the AC doesn't know about your POI! DJI SDK has no concept of a POI. the POI is essentially a guide for setting your yaw angles. you have to be strategic about placing waypoints depending on what you are trying to accomplish

yes, focus nearest POI refers to the gimbal pitch. Heading refers to the aircraft yaw....
