Zenmuse Z15-5d

This might be a dumb question, but would any other Canon cameras fit this Zenmuse, or is it exclusivly 5d MII and MIII?

Good question. I've never heard of any others being used with it, but that's not to say it's not possible. I'd suggest contacting either of these two dealers, they could probably answer that or point you in the right direction at least:
