Yarram Airspace Class?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what airspace class Yarram (YYRM) is in Victoria Australia.

I can see it's in restricted airspace but not sure if it also in Class D airspace.

The restricted airspace seems to have a 4000 ft floor. Other than that it is in an RMZ. I have no idea what that means for sUAS operations. Don't see any Class D.
