If that doesn't work out there are lots on ebay for about $60 for the top and bottom. I will also check my supply. I have a pile of them but they could all be cracked.

i have 3 tops, all of them have atleast one busted screw mouunt, most have them glued in. Sorry man i thought they would be better shape than they are in, i guess i beat them up pretty hard
