I am hopeful President Trump will follow through on this. Some of the stuff now is quite ridiculous the current FAA "guidelines" are confusing at best. Just look at the daily post on here of people asking questions pertaining to current flying and what is required.

I have a feeling VLOS will remain for hobbyist, but waivers could be issued for commercial pilots..
