Wind speeds aloft

[Northern Observer]

Can anyone tell me what the wind speeds aloft where during this flight. Windy.com was reporting about 20 km/hr, but given the wind vortices and gusts i suspect it was much greater. It was a challenge to bring the P3A back and land it on a dock.
