Was not getting FPV video on my phone or tablet. Took to local hobby shop and they said the WIFI transmitter (correct name?) inside the drone needs to be replaced. The Drone is less then a year old, is that something DJI will warranty?

If you unit is still within the warranty period the DJI will take care of it. Call their support and talk to them. The will walk you through getting it repaired. Just beware it is a waiting game. Repair take from 4 to 6 weeks after it get there and in the queue.
