Where can I fly

I have an small uncontrolled airport that a small drag strip beside it, no control tower and as far as I can find out the air space is KGNG We want to take photos of some races at about 40 feet up out about 100 feet Question can I fly? And it is beside the runway and not in flight path about 1/4 mile away.
