Since it's 2.4GHz, not sure...maybe on a modded controller... not sure if any FPV runs on 2.4GHz..

I have a 2.4 p2, 5.8 p2v, no camera on 2.4. Is it for extended range for video or for rc?

Definitely not for video, most, if not all video uses 5.8. I think I saw a mod somewhere using an antenna like that to mod a P2 controller, since it uses 2.4.

So just plugging the antenna into a WiFi extender (outfitted with the jack) won't work? I acquired the antenna along with some fat shark stuff along with a damaged immersion 600 mw (I guess transmitter) and wasn't sure if antenna works as a stand alone. What's the easiest way to test the single pole antenna vs the big tp-link?

P2V uses 2.4 for video = TP-Link
The P2nv uses the fat shark and immersion witch is 5.8

So I can plug the tp-link into the small sma connector on this wifi extender and I should get better distance the the stick antenna that I currently use?
