What is max safe wind speed to fly in for p2V?

Just curious what the p2v can safely handle wind speed wise. Breezy 16mph today.

Agreed. To be sure, I won't fly at over 15mph at 200' altitude. how do I know the wind at altitude? UAV Weather Forecast tells me.
