I keep reading that I need to have CBO guidelines to fly my drone, so where do I find the actual guidelines so I can download them to have when I fly?

I appreciate the input, but I have read the above, watched the video, gone to the FAA site, but they only reference CBO's, but never see a copy of the rules we must know. Am I missing something??
