What’s with DJI Go 4 and the login?

They aren't collecting data from flights?? DJI has admitted to collecting data from their own site including "free use of information to 3rd parties"....
But DJI have never said that they actively collect your flight data and there is no way they can unless you choose to share it with them.
That's a standard legal disclaimer, just like you'd find for all kinds of products and services.
Have you read the fine print on your mobile phone contract or your credit card?
If you are concerned about a loss of privacy, what are you doing about what Google or the NSA does.
You would have to ask the US Army because all they said was concern about cyber vulnerabilities.
Since it's so easy to fly without sharing any data with DJI, that would appear to be due to the potential for hackers to control the drone - something that's not a concern for recreational fliers.

DJI has never denied they collect data either, in fact as I posted earlier they acknowledge they have the ability in their user agreement. Only lately with the pushback from the Army, and us being able to fully read hidden flight records with Wireshark dissectors, did DJI later started the opt out option.

The Op did not ask me about his credit card, Google, or the NSA, it was DJI product.
SO you admit, that this is something that Google has been doing, and they have the same user agreement as DJI, yet you think Google does use our info but DJI would never do something like that??
DO you Have any proof that DJI has not collected any of our info?

DJI is allowing us to opt out of imaginary data that they dont deny collecting in the past... even when you denied this a while back on older versions? And where was our opt out of info that they supposedly were not collecting last year?
So recreational operators are less valuable than commercial? Is that what your saying? SO is your Google info less valuable when your not working than it would be while you were at work?

Anyway...., the Op never stated if it was to be used for recreational or commercial, so I don't see the relevance in how your helping him in this. How about instead of denying him of an unproven theory that you have, answer him on how to address or FIX his issue, and move on. Is this not what the forum is here for? To help not deny?

I fully addressed the OP's concerns back in post #11.
I'd suggest that my answer then also addresses the concerns you've raised.
