GPS is fine, controller link is fine, flies perfectly..

It's the FPV link. It is very poor and intermittent now. No signal quite a few times.. Saying that though I thought my FPV wasn't too good before, I think this must have been a dodgy connection from the start

Well, now we know what the black wire is for. Have you tried re soldering it?

Don't know wether to find a local electronics expert who could do it for twenty quid than send it to DJI and wait for them to do it..

I would look locally. Gotta be a guy who works on computers or something. If you send it to dji, you can kiss it goodbye for a couple of months.

I have been leaning towards the osd(on screen display) also.
Would really be nice if someone local could simply solder it.

There are a limited amount from different dji models on the web when searching wiring schematics for gimbal/ camera. Maybe google IOSD and OSD for dji also.

I saw that when that one guy posted what he thought were wiring schematics and they were stereo hookups and trailer brake diagrams. Maybe check dji sight for schematics(good luck with that one)
