Hello Josh. There are several 3rd party apps that you can use to recover deleted data on an SD card. Just do a search for SD card data recovery software.

Yes, I used AnyRecover to get back data from formatted sd card when CMD could not retrieve the data. Although EaseUS has some minor problems, it is also worth recommending.

The video file data is there of the captured data, but the drone crashed before the file was "closed" to be readable off the SD card.
