Waypoints With Just Different Altitudes

I want to establish way points at the same lat/lon. I know how to do that. I just want them to be different altitudes. How does one do that?

I only use the Litchi App because I can sit at my computer create a mission / test fly it in Google Earth Pro / Fly the mission because the mission you made on your computer is in on your device.
