Way points and rotating drone

I've a question about flying at night and using some type of mission planning app. Is there an app that I can plan way points and fly to different elevations between the way points and be able to freely rotate the drone while still staying on the planned path?

Maddy look for Litchi app, and visit the website at Litchi for DJI Mavic / Phantom / Inspire / Spark and use the mission hub.
