Vision battery not balanced.

This is my original Vision smart battery, screen capture from the assistant App. as you can see, the 3 cells seem to be not that well balanced, what do you guys think and is there a way of balancing them, I thought it was intelligent when charging?

All cells being within a factor of .001 seems pretty balanced. That's probably close to the accuracy limits of the measurement.
