Video Troubles

Having some video issues. Phantom 4 pro. When I download the video to the computer, it skips every 3-4 seconds. Or maybe the term is it freezes every 3 to 4 seconds. Any suggestions?

What kind of computer you running? Is it 4K video?

Yes it is 4K video. Running it on a 5 year old IMAC!

Hey, your IMac is struggling with unpacking the H.265 \ H.264 material. It is super hard on the CPU \ GPU ( on all machines ) try to convert it to ProRess or DNxHR. What editing system are you using?

I am not using any editing system as of yet. I am a beginner. i just loaded to videos on my computer and they are struggling to play.

4k is heavy lifting for CPU or graphics card. It's taking little breaks. Choppy playback of 4k is like putting diamonds on a goat. But then you really appreciate a fast computer!
