Video playback slow motion

I just recorded some great offshore footage and then downloaded from micro card to mac. When playing back the imported video, it's all in slow motion. Not choppy, but literally the videos are twice as long as the originals because it's at half speed. Almost like it was all recorded in slow mo. Any ideas to get my videos back to normal? Thanks

Most likely because you used 1080P @ 120 Frames.

120 frame video is meant to play back at 1/2 speed. Not only that, but the videos are lower resolution because they only use about 47 percent of the sensor.

...as I found out when I took my first Phantom 4 video of a combine harvester last week. Spent ages 'speeding' the footage back up for certain shots, using iMovie, but will use 60fps from now on for when I need a bit of slo-mo. Will only ever use 120fps if there is something specific I want to slow down.
