Video modes and settings for initial flights

Hello again,

As a new P2V+ owner i was wondering about recommended settings for the video? This is not for professional work but mainly for enjoyment.

I was also puzzled by advice to start recording immediately. What are the pros and cons? And, how much memory is consumed for the recommended settings on a 20 minute flight?
