Upgraded firmware now I can't playback video files

I just upgraded the firmware on the phantom today
I don't have a reader with sub to upgrade the rc
Not sure what it's running

But I've been noticing I can not play back the video or picture files on my iPad anymore

Anyone else experience this?

Tried it on both the iPad and my iPhone
When I go to playback
It's just a circle spinning that means wait and nothing ever happens

Worked fine before I upgraded firmware
