Unsure on firmware issue

Morning all,just turned p3s on to find some info on something,now have firmware update required,my current version is app 3.1.28 and 1.9.20 ,is this latest or have I missed something somewhere,I know I not have to do firmware but I choose to keep up with what going on,now it wants this but already installed.

It’s really a matter of personal preference if you update or not. My two P3S’s are on very old firmware from three years ago, and both fly fine. This goes for my GoApp also. It hasn’t been updated in about two years. I turned automatic updates OFF for the app.

Unless your birds are under DJI warranty, I’d think twice about updating them. As I said, it is personal preference. If they fly fine now with no issues, they may NOT after the update. We have all seen threads about failed updates on this forum.

Many have updated with NO issues. Just ask yourself how much of a gambler you are. Good luck. [emoji106]
 
Thanks yes well out of warranty now ,yip it's a gamble alright but have been very lucky on updates but this one hurts my head,tells me update but can't cause it installed so it is a error and have noticed I get a failed flight record sync ,I'll try reinstall djigo and see what happens,thanks for reply
