Unable to solve controller issue

Good morning, everyone. Hopefully, you're all doing well. This is my first post on this site from my PC. Guys, I'm having some issues with my PC's game controller. That is, despite my best efforts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the controller issue. My current operating system is Windows 10, and I use a Sony PlayStation 5 as a controller. Guys, I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it. Is there anyone who can offer a solution to this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

So, I have already fixed the issue with the help of a trick (here). That is, I just disabled the USB selective suspend settings. Now the issue is gone.
