Transferring ownership of INSPIRE 1 ?

An Inspire 1 has come up for sale 2nd hand on our local competition to eBay.
It was bought direct from DJI in China, and I assume is registered to the owner here.
It's being sold locally so can inspect it for crash damage, check state of batteries, etc, and see it in flight before sale. Just need to know about how I'd go transferring ownership if I do buy it.

I didn't think there would be any ownership to transfer? Just like selling a 2nd hand phantom wouldn't you just have use your own dji login details for the app?

No, I believe the Inspire gets registered to a specific owner/account, but not certain on it. Hence the question.
But it's a moot point now, I didn't buy it.
