Tracking with Go 4, what happens if the craft loses RC connection?

If I use Go 4 and set it to track me using tracking mode (not follow me). Then I leave the RC and start running. What happens if the craft loses connection with the RC during this mission? Will it RTH or keep following me?

It will follow whatever setting you have for RTH, which is either return to home, hover and (I think) land. Return to home is the default. So yes.. if it follows you around buildings and several miles away it will then attempt to flight back to the take off point if you've not changed this. I _highly_ recommend that you change this to hover if you are going to use active track.
