Pretty much all the media love to play up stories about drones when it looks like someone did something wrong, not so much when a drone is used to find a missing child -- nature of the media BUSINESS.

Given that every recent DJI product supports the no-fly zones, I find it somewhat unlikely that a drone could even start up much less take off anywhere near the inauguration itself.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of quads out there that don't have the same restrictions as DJI.
