Not sure its correct mate.
I have flown mine at night 3 times with police present and no one said a word. Had 1 cop enjoying it so much I let him take the control for a few seconds. Not saying your wrong mate but I am sure one of them would have suggested something about laws.

Go to http://www.casa.gov.au then to "operations" scroll down LH side to"RPA remotely piloted a/craft" then to model aircraft & RPA,has some rules & regs, no night flying.

Yep no night flying as uavs aren't equipped with collision detection radar and you must be los unless your wearing night vision goggles lol.
Anyway looks like a cool quad but if its pay load can only carry a go pro think ill just stick with my white boring phatom and my night glow in the dark stickers.
