Several weeks ago in anticipation of receiving my new Mavic Pro Platinum drone, I downloaded the app, DJI GO 4. The deal fell through so I had to order another one. It is arriving in the mail today. I revisited my APP and when I tried to open it and sign up, it said that the email was already in use. I don't remember setting it up, but I went ahead and put in my email again and asked for the password to be sent. No luck. When I asked for it to be texted to me, it asked for a phone number in mainland China and would not accept my cell number!
Does the drone have to be present and turned on to finish the registration of the APP? I would like to fly it today when it gets here but it's not looking good! Any help would be appreciated.
