Swollen battery

Battery looked fine when I installed. I flew for about 15 minutes no problems but when It returned back home I tried to get battery out to recharge but it had expanded so much I had to wait for it to cool off. Should I just throw it away or keep for backup?

No but it looks fine when it cooled down

So, you're saying it seemed like it had expanded since it was hard to pull out?

Yes it expanded on top and bottom so it wouldn’t slide out at first but when I got it out it was still swollen
