Suggestions for Volumetrics solution

Greetings - just picked up a nice gig with a large plant for construction progress videos. The project manager mentioned specifically he's interested in monitoring his ground-stored inventory of dirt, gravel, limestone, etc, with volumetrics. Hoping someone could recommend a good volumetrics package that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and is relatively easy to use.

Missions could be anywhere from once per month to once per week. I fly a DJI Phantom 4.

In addition, any info on how volumetric missions are prices would also be helpful.
