Strange Litchi or iPad Mini 4 Issue?

This has happened twice to me on my P4/iPad mini 4 setup: I load a mission, I see the message it has loaded, but it won't start and take off. I then start it manually, take off and then fly, but my speed, height and distance are severely limited. Even though mission was uploaded, the mission never takes over. If I reboot the iPad and upload the same mission, it completes the mission with no further problems.

Anyone have this problem or have a good idea it is the app or the tablet?

I had an issue a little while back where the mission would load and start only to have the app disconnect. I brought it back to me, cycled the AC and RC and the app and it was then restricted in height, distance and speed. Indeed I had to fight to get it back and found that I had been logged out of the app. No idea why and it was the first time that this had happened, I ended up logging back in but still had issues with the missions struggling to load and sluggish controls. Deleted and reinstalled the app (iPhone 6+) and it's been fine ever since.
