It does help. Unfortunately, the manufacturing date is after the DJI removed the self-authentication of blue Authorization zones, and will require GEO permission from DJI to fly in them. However, the early FW version likely still allows FW rollback, for anyone wanting to use the NLD mod to legally bypass GEO zones they are independently authorized to fly in.
