Solar farm inspection

I have a Phantom 2 plus and am interested in thermal imagery and how it relates to solar panel inspection. Does anyone know how or what I'd need to make my drone capable of doing this?

You would have to remove the camera and attach one of a Flir camera to it. If you are using it for professional uses, I would look at the Inspire with Zenmuse XT.

Check out FLIR Systems, and uasdrones. Decent IR cameras sell for thousands.
