Software to mosaic imagery together

Is anyone aware or using software that could mosaic the still images collected from a Go Pro 3 when the imagery is collected with the lenses pointed straight down? I imagine it may be a little tough if there is lots of overlap. Just wondering if anyone on here is doing this and what software they may be using. Thanks

that would be called Photo- stitching.

I think there's a number of apps that can do it.

Photoshop can do it as well, under Edit->Align images
