In September of 2017, a video was created by a Comp Sci professor from UC Berkeley. It dramatized the future use of drone swarms as a means of targeted assassination. The video was screened to the United Nations Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons meeting in November 2017.

I think you'll a see an eventual ban on civilian use of weaponized drones, but not a blanket ban on drones. It would be like banning the use of trucks because they can be used as weapons of mass destruction.

Pretty scary, but currently pretty far fetched. Still, technology always has and always will allow us to get better at killing each other. That’s certainly nothing new.

Try it again. It's working here this morning just fine.
It’s just you- at least it’s not me. Works fine

Yeah it's just my connection. Well it's fixed now hahaha. By the way regarding this video I think it's inevitable since we already saw this in movies. This could be a great advancement for our military force but also dangerous if the terrorist also gets their hand on this.
