Side sensors disabled ?

I received this popup today and I never seen it before I thought side sensors were only enabled in Beginner mode which I havent flown in in a long time but the popup had me puzzled why would it suddenly appear ?

Got the same red tag message for the first time after Firmware update Vol.05.0300

Any of you guys try to toggle to beginner mode to enable the side sensors whilst stationary - apparently mine don't show it anymore? Are they suppose to come on when hovering?
