Settings for video sunset and photo

What's the best settings for a sunset, never done one , video and photo

Many thanks...if you could be quick I have about 3/4 hour before I go to the place

Normally I use
iso auto for sunrise/sunset
Iso 100 for sunny
Iso 200 for cloudy

Then
Exposure + brightens
Exposure - darkens

Im going to be doing the same in around 45 mins

I was thinking to try
400 ISO
White balance on cloudy
-1.7 on exposure

What do you think , sunset is between 2145 and 2215 hrs in Cheshire

Also taking my go pro for a time lapse
