Setting up Fpv with Fat Shark Teleporter V3

Hello guys,

I have a Phantom 2 (just it, not the visions version) with a gimbal h3-3d and a gopro black hero 3+
I would like to know if this FPV setting will not interfere with the phantom 2 frequency:

Fat Shark Teleporter V3:
Transmitter 5.8Ghz 250mW
Headset TeleporterV3 FPV QVGA
1/2.5 " camera of 5MP 720p 30fps 15Mps HD with live AV out
Battery: 760mAh 7.4V

Does anyone here did this setting to give me advice?
