Did you remove and replace wifi module yourself?
If so, could you have disturbed something inside body of P2v?
I removed and replaced one myself with no problems but I can't remember what other components were close.

Did remove myself when I pull toggles down and to corner red light flashes about 4-5 times

Yeah, that's a bummer alright. I bet I know the outfit you sent it to for repair. Results are kind of a crapshoot when you get Larry, Curly or Moe working on your bird....

OK, seriously, you might just only need to reconnect and recalibrate everything. worth a shot...
