Screws in bulk

Would anyone happen to know where I could buy the 1.6*4.5 flat screw that's in the spare screw set in bulk?
Bottom middle pack. They have a fairly large flat head and thin screw.

Those are really strange screws, I doubt they are custom....here is a search phrase that could help: low profile shoulder screw or Wafer Head Screws.

Turns out I actually need the 1.6x4 pictured right bottom. Those may be easier to come by.
