Screeching sound in flight ??

When you fly thru bugs they scream when you chop them up. Thats my opinion.

Ugh! Today was my 4th flight. Had 10mph winds. Mine sounds the same but my P3P doesn't make it either. Motors were warm but not hot and it continues to fly like a bat outta hell. Hope it stays that way!

My p4 make the same sound screaming

But only when decending
No issue when hover or ascending

Does bother me but not much
After all its moving mechanical parts with wind

My P4P makes all time that horrible screeching sound since maiden flight. I live at 8800 feet, and motors after 25 min flying are really cold. My other P3P Drone never has that screaming sound. Technologies differences perhaps.

Anyway, my P4P flights like an angel!.

I was wondering if it has anything to do with bearings? Do you ever "lube" bearings in a brushless motor, or replace them? Could it be a bad motor? My P4P (bought used) screeches more and more.

sounds like my P4. Never had any issues. Just be sure to always do your preflight check just in case. I wouldnt worry about it.

Try some XOAR wooden propellers. They're great.
