Samsung tab 3 won't play 2.7k vids

The weird part is it played 2.7k vids 2x.....Now it just sits there while the timer counts away.I can move throughout the video, example if I skip from 1:08 to 1:53 innthe video, it will show that part, just wont play "regular".It plays 1080p 30fps just fine.Thanks for any help!
